Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days of receipt, depending on item ordered. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that all of our bags and sweaters are made to order.  Production of items range from 5-7 days to me created.
